
About this Event
The Drexel Climate Change and Urban Health Research Center (CCUH) is convening a pre-symposium event on Wednesday, September 3rd from 8am - 12:30pm to discuss challenges and opportunities in exploring the impacts of climate change on cities globally. The event will be made up of two expert panels: one on methodologic aspects of research and one to discuss how policymakers use evidence, their evidence needs, and ways researchers can better engage with these partners.
This presymposium event will be held the day before the corresponds with the Urban Health Symposium on Healthy Cities for the Next Decade: A Call to Action, hosted by the Urban Health Collaborative at the Dornsife School of Public Health on September 4 and 5, 2025 in Philadelphia.
A light breakfast (from 8:00-9:00am) and snacks will be provided.
