In this session, we will use different forms of media to explore the themes of rejection & rebellion 🔥
Visual & auditory exploration: How we respond to different visuals and music can open our hearts to what hurts, what needs to be nutured, and what empowerment feels like in our lives. There will be space to share what comes up for you, but no pressure to reveal anything personal you are struggling with 👁
Chat & journal: There will be written prompts to spark questions and discussion around this theme to help us discover what we are drawn to, which elements resonate, and what we want to engage with in our lives. The session invites you to open your heart and mind in a playful way with no rules or barriers. The process is yours to explore ✍🏼
Creative play: We can analyse themes further through collage, mind mapping, doodling, talking, or just thinking. An opportunity to follow your instincts with no rules in place and see what comes up for you 💜
Please feel free to bring your journal, any creative tools or materials you like using or want to share. Also anything that has been inspiring you lately, that you would like to share with the group. No worries if not - materials will be provided 💐
