Clearing the Path - A Midwinter Reset
As the year comes to a close, we often find ourselves pulled outward - into work, family, and the many demands of the festive season. Before that momentum takes hold, this is your invitation to pause, soften, and replenish.
Join Zenia (Elementals Wellbeing) and Alison (A Quiet Practice) for a two-hour journey of rest and renewal. Through calming yoga, embodied movement, guided meditation, and mindful reflection, we’ll gently release what feels heavy and restore the energy needed to move forward with ease.
Together we will:
• Settle into stillness and grounding practices
• Explore gentle, intuitive movement to free the body
• Sink deeply into restorative yoga and meditation
• Touch into gratitude and renewal of energy
• Create space for calm before the busy festive season

Meet your Instructors
Zenia Patel | Elementals Wellbeing
Zenia (she/her) founded Elementals Wellbeing after experiencing emotional burnout and navigating PCOS. She guides women to restore balance and emotional wellbeing through yoga, meditation, and breathwork, drawing on the wisdom of nature’s cycles and elements.
Alison Austin | A Quiet Practice
Alison (she/her) is a mindfulness facilitator, yoga teacher, and coach. Drawing on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, she offers a practical, evidence-based path to stress recovery and embodied wellbeing. Her approach combines mindful movement with simple tools to foster balance and renewal during life’s transitions.
