Love doesn’t have to feel like blame, fixing, or defending.

Discover how to speak honestly, listen with empathy, and respond without rescuing or attacking—so you can connect as partners, not roles. See less
The Rescue Triangle is one of the best ways I’ve found to recognize both how we make the mess and how we can clean it up. This simple yet profound system helps us readily identify our part in the patterns, as well as what hooks we tend to bite when others offer them. Just as important, it shows how to get off the cursed merry-go-round.
Will Handy, our teacher, is a retired psychotherapist with years of experiencce in counseling. The Rescue Triangle is a tool that he often taught his clients, providing them with better communication skills. A member of the Shambhala Community for over 25 years, Will currently serves as Meditation Instructor and Teacher in for the Dallas sangha.
