We often hear that we can triumph over adversity. But how do do that? How do we break the cycle of repetitive stress and suffering?
Join psychological post-traumatic growth specialist and experienced yoga teacher Iswari Lillian Lennox and dynamically expand your life navigation skills. Lillian will introduce you to a trauma-informed, evidence-based navigational system founded in yoga, meditation, cognitive behavioral practice, Eastern philosophy, and neuroscience.
CLEAR THE PATH will focus on increasing your ability to meet, greet, and ultimately dissolve obstacles on your life path. These essential resources prevent and heal psychological, traumatic, stress-injury, and burnout.
Through knowledge, practice, relaxation, journaling, sharing, and more, you will:

- Tap into skills to address the inner critic and mobilize aligned self-narratives.
- Explore conscious connection with the five subtle bodies and befriend the messengers that lead us to wholeness.

- Learn to navigate challenges as a highly skilled life navigator.
Together, we will access the wellspring of your innate intelligence, intrinsic clarity, inherent wisdom, and healing power as we navigate home to our true natures: our sacred selves.
