Preparation for Energy Work: Learn essential practices to ready yourself for effective energy cleansing.
Scanning and Recognizing Unwanted Energy: Develop the skill to identify and address unwanted energies in your space and energetic body.
Comprehensive Cleansing Techniques: Explore various methods, including the use of Elements, Herbs, Crystals, Smoke, Flowers, Chants, Laughter, and Intentional Movement.
We will each be creating our own personalized and intentional oil to use as:
A floor wash to cleansing your living area
OR
An oil to cleanse yourself
This workshop is not necessarily a direct continuation of the previous March Limpias session, making it perfect for both new and returning students alike. Come with an open heart and a willingness to learn, and leave with a renewed sense of vitality and clarity. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to the practice of performing Limpias, all are welcome to participate!
