About this Event
I'll be recording some of these pieces over the next couple of months and so I thought putting on this informal performance would be a nice way to get back into performing. Would love to see some friendly faces in the audience. Feel free to bring your own drinks but you'll also be able to buy some beer/wine and soft drinks.
Programme is TBC but I'll probably play something along these lines:
Bach - D minor Partita for solo violin - 1st/2nd movements
Mozart - Violin Concerto No.5 - 1st movement
Barber - Violin Concerto - 1st movement
Boulanger - Nocturne
Kreisler - Syncopation
Julian Chan - Piano
N.B. there will be another concert on 4th May with a different programme!
DIRECTIONS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL:
Go to Kings Cross St Pancras Station and make your way to the outside forecourt between St Pancras Station and Euston Road.
To find the Clock Tower, look for the Apartments entrance, located about 10 meters to the right of the main entrance to the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. (Note: It is NOT directly below the clock tower.)
Tell the concierge you're going to the Clock Tower, Flat 5-01. Take the elevator to the 5th floor, then turn left and walk to the end of the long corridor.
