Classic Mat Pilates with Miriam – Easter Special!

Join me for an inspiring session focused on the original Pilates method. During the class, you’ll practice selected exercises from the classical mat repertoire, with clear guidance, step-by-step progressions, and space to understand how each movement works in your body. Whether you are completely new to Pilates or want to deepen your understanding of the classical method, this class offers a structured and supportive environment to build confidence and awareness.
Expect mindful movement, focused learning, and a refreshing experience for both body and mind. You’ll learn how to develop a better sense of body awareness and build your inner strength through conscious breathing and controlled movement.

In Moabit, we’re a small group of no more than 8 participants per class. This allows me to give personal attention to everyone and offer plenty of individual guidance throughout your Pilates journey.

Whether you're new to Pilates or more experienced — all levels are welcome! Mats and equipment are provided; all you need to bring is some water and comfortable clothing.

About Miriam
Hi, I’m Miriam — a certified Pilates teacher based in Berlin, passionate about helping people feel stronger and more at home in their bodies.
My teaching style is rooted in the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, combined with a modern, holistic understanding of movement, health, and sustainable training. What I belive makes my approach unique, is the balance between precision and joy: I care deeply about the right technique and moving with intent, while also creating an encouraging, warm atmosphere where you can explore and enjoy the process.
I believe fitness and looking after your well-being is not something you should try “forcing” into your schedule, but rather see it as a meaningful investment in yourself. My goal is for you to leave a session not only feeling physically stronger, but more confident, calm, and connected to your body.
Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, I am excited to guide you through a fun, focused, and inspiring class.
