A brand new fitness event is here!City Connect Games is a brand new fitness event for businesses within Manchester to compete to be the fittest business in Manchester, representing their companies.The Wellbeing space in the city is changing and progressing faster than ever before!Why join the event?The event aims to provide a simple competition event which is accessible for all. To help showcase team success in the business community! To create an opportunity for businesses to network. Champions in pairs will be crowned in 3 areas, Male, Female and Mixed.Who is the event for?Businesses who are based in Manchester City Centre who want to get involved!What is the Event Breakdown?• Pairs competition for teams of 2 to successfully get around a course of 8 exercises, each exercise is 3 minutes on 30 seconds off, with the aimto achieve as many reps/calories as possible. All exercises are timed and rest times are in accordance with moving to the next station. The horse shoe shape of the event was created for spectators to generate energy by being closer to the action.There will be 2 waves 10:30am and 12:30pm.
