On this special evening, our 10 Culinary Cohort Students will present a thoughtfully curated dinner, showcasing the skills, creativity, and discipline they’ve developed through this intensive, hands-on training experience .
This capstone dinner marks not just the end of a program, but the beginning of new careers, new opportunities, and a stronger future for our community.
This first-of-its-kind program is made possible through the partnership of East River, Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation, and The Center for Urban Transformation.
