City Art Retreat - 21st of September, last day of calendar summerLet’s gather to celebrate the last day of the calendar summer by immersing into Intuitive Art: Painting, Dance and Meditation with Koshi Chimes.
The event will take place in a beautiful location of Freta 39 (the so called ‚New-Town’ closed to the Warsaw’s Old Town) providing all the luminous space and inspiration we need for the fruitful creation.
City Art Retreat’s Programme:
14-17.00 Intuitive Painting to the Music with Acrylic Paints. All participants are provided with canvases, painting materials and guidance during the session. While following the rhythms of music, we would create abstract or realistic painitings (for this one, you would need an idea or a project beforehand that you’d like to develop; we would work on it together).
17.15-19.00 Flow Dance - Intuitive Dance Workshop - followed by Streching and Relaxation that combines Guided Meditation with Visualisation and Koshi Chimes music therapy.
19.30 - dinner at the nearby art bistro Mon Nom to celebrate the whole day of the Intuitive Creation.

About workshop’s Creator and Facilitator:
MAGA KOLIBRI - a multidisciplinary artist in the fields of painting, photography and dance. She gained her artistic knowledge at the Universidad Nacional de las Artes, Buenos Aires, Argentina: Faculty of Visual Arts (Painting) and Faculty of Choreography: Corporal Expression. She also holds the certificate “Body and Movement in Working with Emotions” by IBA – Center of Dance and Movement Therapy. She has been actively developing in art domains for over 10 years now and she continuously expands her practice and knowledge in dance, yoga, somatics, neuroplasticity, painting, photography and ceramics. Her personal motto: Everyone can create or dance, they just need to encounter a good space and facilitator to follow these inner pursuits :)
The ticket inludes: 2 workshops, guidance, all the materials, art & dance experience of 5 hours in a beautiful art studio
The celebration at the art bistro is payed separately and individually by every participant at the place (approximately 70-80 PLN).
