About this Event
Knowledge and understanding of the circular economy is critical if Scotland is to become more circular and address our impact on the planet and climate change. This Circular Communities Scotland event is looking to bring together Scottish circular economy education practitioners and aims to:
· Share current examples of circular education work happening in Scotland.
· Examine where circular education and engagement sits within the Circular Economy Bill and Waste Route Map process.
· Discuss what is needed in order to do more circular education and engagement work, identify gaps & opportunities and what the next steps in this process could be.
In additon to hearing about and discussing the above areas, the event will also enable members to network and meet their peers who are already involved, in or keen to become involved in, education and engagement work in their communities.
This is a free event for our members with a nominal charge for non members. Open to all members located throughout Scotland, it is being held in Stirling which has great transport links.
We look forward to welcoming you in Stirling.
