Circuit training is a type of exercise routine where you move through a series of different exercises or stations in a specific order, often with minimal rest between exercises. Each exercise station might focus on different muscle groups or aspects of fitness, such as cardiovascular endurance, strength, or flexibility.
Expert Instructors: Dean is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer who will be covering the Florence Dock summer sessions. He is motivated with engaging clients at all levels and helping them to achieve their highest potential. He'll guide you through each session with personalized attention, ensuring proper form and technique.
These workouts could involve various exercises using bodyweight, free weights, machines, cardio equipment, and more, all organized in a circuit format to provide a well-rounded and efficient workout.
