Cinema Paradiso is a music concert that celebrates the timeless beauty of film music, presented by guitarist Dimitris Soukaras together with current and former Athena Scholars. This special concert highlights the artistry and creativity of talented Greek musicians as they perform a selection of much-loved soundtracks and themes from the international world of cinema. The programme features music by legendary composers such as Nino Rota, Ennio Morricone, John Williams, and Hans Zimmer, alongside other memorable works that, while not originally written for film, have become inseparable from iconic cinematic moments.
