Led by experienced practitioners from the Osher Center for Integrative Health, this gentle movement class is designed to help you improve balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with your breath—all in the calming beauty of nature.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced student, these free, outdoor sessions offer a restorative pause in your week and a chance to center yourself with the support of community.
