Η άνοιξη μπαίνει, ο καιρός ανοίγει και η ανάγκη μας για κίνηση και σύνδεση μεγαλώνει!
Με χαρά ανακοινώνουμε τη δημιουργία ενός σταθερού χώρου για Contact Improvisation Jam στην Αθήνα.
Η Γίτσα, ο Έλτον, η Έλλη και η Λήδα ενώνουν τις προθέσεις τους για να φροντίσουν ώστε η πρακτική μας να αποκτήσει ρυθμό και τακτικότητα. Από την Κυριακή και μέχρι τον Ιούνιο, θα συναντιόμαστε δύο Κυριακές τον μήνα για να μοιραστούμε τον χορό μας.
Τα Jam θα συντονίζονται κυλιόμενα από άτομα της ομάδας συντονισμού και θα ποικίλουν ως προς την μορφή/δομή- με εισαγωγή/facilitation για συλλογικό συντονισμό (tuning-in) ή απευθείας πρακτική, με μουσική ή silent.

Ως ομάδα πρόθεσή μας είναι το άνοιγμα ενός ασφαλούς και δημιουργικού χώρου, όπου μπορούμε να κινούμαστε με φροντίδα για το σώμα μας και για τα σώματα των άλλων, με εστίαση στην πρακτική μας και ό,τι αναδύεται μέσω αυτής.
Φροντίδα μέσω αφούγκρασης και επικοινωνίας.
Κάθε χορός είναι μία πρόσκληση και όχι μία υποχρέωση.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του τζαμ, είμαστε πάντα μέρος αυτού που συμβαίνει, είτε μέσα απ' το χορό, είτε μέσα από την παρατήρηση - μαρτυρία του συλλογικού χώρου (witnessing).
Κάθε στιγμή έχω την επιλογή να σταματήσω, να απομακρυνθώ, να ξεκουραστώ.
Με την παρουσία και την ενέργεια μας, συνδιαμορφώνουμε ένα περιβάλλον συγκέντρωσης και έρευνας, διατηρώντας έναν γόνιμο χώρο για ανοιχτότητα και αυθορμητισμό.
Ως ομάδα συντονισμού ενθαρρύνουμε την επικοινωνία και είμαστε διαθέσιμα αν υπάρχει ανάγκη για οποιοδήποτε θέμα προκύπτει, μοίρασμα, ερώτηση ή ανησυχία, είτε από κοντά στις συναντήσεις των πρακτικών μας, είτε μέσω των προσωπικών μας προφίλ.

Regular Practices
Spring is here, the weather is warming up, and our need for movement and connection is growing!
We are delighted to announce the creation of a regular space for Contact Improvisation Jam in Athens.
Gitsa, Elton, Elli, and Leda are joining forces to ensure that our practice gains rhythm and regularity. Starting this Sunday and continuing through June, we will meet two Sundays a month to share our dance.
The Jams will be coordinated on a rotating basis by the members of the team and will vary in form and structure—featuring an introduction or facilitation for collective tuning-in, or direct practice, with music or in silence.

As a group, our intention is to create a safe and creative space where we can move with care for our own bodies and those of others, focusing on our practice and whatever emerges through it.
Care through listening and communication.
Every dance is an invitation, not an obligation.
During the jam, we are always part of what is happening, whether through dance or through observing—witnessing the collective space.
At any moment, I have the choice to stop, step away, or rest.
Through our presence and energy, we co-create an environment of focus and exploration, maintaining a fertile space for openness and spontaneity.
As a coordination team, we encourage communication and are available if there is a need regarding any issue that arises, sharing, question, or concern, whether in person at our practice meetings or through our personal profiles.
