Chronicon Tour - San Francisco
We couldn't be more excited to be taking Chronicon on the road this year with intimate and fun events in different cities.
Our San Francisco event will be held at the SF LGBT Center and you are invited to connect with other community members, meet some of our special guests, and are sure to leave feeling more empowered with a new group of friends cheering you on!
This event will be a gathering where you will be guided to meet new friends and connect with people you already know and love from either following them online or being a member of our exclusive community.
All of the proceeds from this event will go towards to further programming, scholarships, and resources for those living with a chronic illness.
Masks are required for all in attendance at this event.
