About this Event
To the person who is tired of having to "prove" their pain.**
If you’re living with chronic pain, you already know the heaviest weight isn't always the physical sensation—it’s the mental load that comes with it.
It’s the exhaustion of looking "fine" on the outside while your nervous system is screaming on the inside. It’s the guilt of the "maybe" RSVP and the frustration of a healthcare system that often stops looking for answers when the tests come back "normal".
You are not a collection of symptoms or a "difficult case" to be managed . We believe that even if we aren't looking for a "fix," we can still look for a way forward. We are hosting a **Free Virtual Introduction Workshop** designed to be a soft place to land. This is a space to:
* **Feel Believed:** Move from defending your experience to finally supporting it.
* **Understand the "Why":** Learn why your nervous system feels stuck on "high alert" and how to dial it back.
* **Reclaim Your Agency:** Shift the focus from "chasing a cure" to reclaiming your quality of life right now.
This is a trauma-informed, validation-focused space led by therapists who understand that you are the expert on your own body.
