Welcome to the Chronic Illness Support Group at PATH Counseling and Wellness! Join us on Thursdays at 6:00 PM beginning August 8, 2024 to connect with others who understand the challenges of living with a chronic illness. This in-person event provides a safe space to share experiences, offer support, and learn coping strategies. Whether you have a chronic condition or care for someone who does, this group is here for you. Let's come together to build a community of understanding and strength. We look forward to seeing you there!
