Join us for our next Klesitz Direct in-person client meeting!

We get together 3x a year (October, January, May) outside our busy selling season and family vacation time for one day to brainstorm an answer to this question:

“How do we maximize our income and wealth from everyone calling us to sell their house?”

All clients in the room spend roughly $10k+ a month on inbound seller phone calls coming in from all walks of life. Guests are open to spending that money. Our problem is not getting seller leads, it's what to do with all of them.

We have a room of very competent agent team owners. We are all open to a different business model to align ourselves with where we believe the real estate industry is headed.

The short of it is we need to offer sellers all their options beyond a traditional listing.

We discuss not only traditional listings, but also fix-and-list (renovate now, pay later), buy-and-resell, buy-and-hold, wholesaling/novation, property management, and the use of 3rd party seller solution services such as Homeward, Homelight, EasyStreetOffers, Curbio, etc to solve the modern seller’s problem.

Our three masterminds a year are from 8am - 5pm on a Friday at a hotel airport in Dallas, Chicago, or Denver. This way it’s easy for everyone to get a direct flight - without too much of a time zone lag - and walk easily to the hotel when you land. We are here for work. You'll find everyone hanging out at the hotel bar late Thursday evening before we start the next day.

We start at 8:00 am sharp on Friday. We'll have lunch and dinner together (on your tab) down in the hotel restaurant, with networking again at the bar all Friday night. The goal is to keep us together in the hotel all day. We encourage everyone to book casual one-on-one meetings in the restaurant on Saturday morning with any member you want to learn from. Everyone attending is open to sharing what works. Since we're already at the airport, this gives us more time for conversations on Saturday morning before our flights home.
