🌿 About the GroupThis is a friendly, relaxed support group designed to feel safe, informal, and welcoming 💚
Spaces are limited to 26 people. If we fill up I will post in this event page that we are at capacity 💚
We have an open-door policy. You’re welcome to arrive at any time and leave whenever you need to. There is absolutely no pressure to stay for the whole session.
📅 When We Meet
The group will run once a month.
First Tuesday of every month.
These sessions are currently being trialled, and feedback is always welcome.
💬 Topics & Discussions
Each month will have a suggested topic to help guide conversation and keep things flowing.
Topics will be shared in advance when the event is created.
Group members can suggest topics too. Uf there’s something you’d like to talk about, please message me or add to the event chat.

Refreshments are available to purchase from the café.
Water will be provided.
