About this Event
Let's take a moment to slow down, move, and breathe in this Holiday. I am Ana, and I will guide you through a 60-minute Deep Flow Yoga Class. This is a slower-paced vinyasa practice with chill music. We will slow down, hold the poses longer, we will breathe deeply, practice more floor poses and twists to release stress and tension. I will encourage you to move mindfully and intentionally, rather than quick, intense movement.
Let's honor you in this present moment, where you are at, and what you need. We will connect, flow together, and pause together. Step into a new version of your power, purpose, and peace. All yogis are welcome, beginners and experienced. The magic of the deep flow practice is: listening to your body, respecting your own pace, breathing deeply, and releasing. This class seeks connection, never perfection.
