Time: 6:00 am - 11:45 pm
Meeting Place: Union Station, Washington, DC at 6:30, bus leaves at 7:00 am Sharp
Destination: New York Penn Station, Manhattan, NY, at 11:30 a.m.
7:00 pm: Return to New York Penn Station; start boarding bus at 7:15
7:30 pm Sharp: Depart NY Penn Station to return to Union Station in DC by 11:45 pm
*Since NYC is a top travel destination for Christmas, this bus trip always sells out :-) To attend this trip, all Attendees must register and pay in advance for roundtrip bus fare to and from Washington, DC to Manhattan, New York. The payment for roundtrip bus fare must be paid on the Eventbrite link posted above no later than 5:00 pm ET Tuesday, November 26th, assuming bus seats are still available.
We are taking a charter bus that seats 49 people. The bus has wifi, reclining chairs, charging ports for devices, A/C and heat controls, overhead lights for reading, a bathroom, and overhead storage.
To encourage serious RSVPs, the exact locations, venue names, addresses and websites of the activities, experiences, and venues Travelers can enjoy in and near Manhattan will only be shared with those who register and pay in advance for roundtrip bus fare. Those who register will be invited to our "Christmas in NYC" WhatsApp Group Chat to connect with fellow Travelers before and during the trip.
Roundtrip Bus Fare/Person (Children & Adults) $100: This is the Early Bird Rate, and must be paid by November 15th to reserve your seat on the bus. The bus fare is 50% refundable through November 26th. Starting November 27th, the bus fare is non-refundable.

2:15ish - 4:30ish - Suggested Activities: Visit nearby Christmas Villages with shopping, ice skating, Igloos, carousels, food, and more at famous parks in Midtown Manhattan
4:30ish - 7:00 - More Suggested Activities: Explore Festive Activities in Manhattan, such as ice skating, live shows, museums, shopping, photoshoots, and delicious treats. The city is your Winter Wonderland and all things Christmas! Choose to do family friendly and/or adults-only activities during the night, such as theater performances, famous toy stores, comedy shows, live music, sporting events, late night shopping, self-guided tours, "The Christmas Bar Experience," and clubbing/bar hopping (Day Parties), among other activities.
7:00ish: Return to New York Penn Station; begin boarding bus at 7:15
7:30 pm: Bus leaves from Penn Station at 7:30 sharp, and returns to DC Union Station around 11:45 pm.
