About this Event
Join us for a magical evening celebrating the joy of running and the spirit of the season! Our annual Christmas Lights Run invites runners of all abilities to experience London’s most iconic festive sights on a 5K or 8K guided route through the city’s glittering streets.
You’ll pass by the Royal Exchange, Leadenhall Market, Borough Market, Bankside and Southbank, Trafalgar Square, The Strand and St Paul’s Cathedral, before finishing back at The Westin London City for a well-earned celebration complete with mulled wine, mince pies, and live carollers.
We’re thrilled to welcome back Liz Newcomer, as our guest run lead for the evening, supported by our Run Concierges who will guide both the 8K and 5K routes. Liz brings fantastic energy and community spirit, making her the perfect leader for this festive run.
Our Rise & Run ambassador, Charlie Watson (), is cheering us on from afar and will be back for an exciting 2026 season!
This special evening brings together runners from all clubs, crews and communities, a celebration of movement, wellbeing and festive fun.
Participants are invited to meet at The Westin London City from 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start. Festive shirts, hats and holiday cheer are highly encouraged!
At RunWESTIN, we believe running goes beyond fitness, it’s about community, wellbeing, and joy. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning for another festive lap, this is the perfect way to close out your running year in style.
