This July, we’re bringing a little holiday magic to summer at The Bark Knoxville with our Christmas in July celebration benefiting Adopt A Golden Knoxville.Throughout the month of July, guests can stop by and visit our angel tree featuring adoptable dogs looking for homes. Each ornament on the tree represents an AGK dog hoping to find their perfect match. Whether you’re actively searching for a new best friend or simply want to support rescue efforts in our community, it’s a fun and meaningful way to connect with dogs in need.
We’ll also be hosting festive summer photo opportunities with Tropical Santa, complete with beachy Christmas vibes, summer tunes, and plenty of dog-friendly fun. Expect Christmas music mixed with warm summer evenings, cold drinks, happy dogs, and all the chaotic holiday energy — just with significantly more sunshine.
Dog park guests can grab a drink, relax with friends, and enjoy themed events throughout the month while supporting an incredible local rescue organization dedicated to helping Golden Retrievers and Golden mixes find loving homes in East Tennessee.
Christmas in July is one of our favorite kinds of events at The Bark because it combines community, dogs, and a reason to celebrate together. Whether your dog wants to romp in the park, pose for photos with Santa, or simply sniff around while you enjoy a cold drink, there’s something for everyone.
We encourage guests to bring donations for the rescue, share adoptable dogs on social media, and help spread the word throughout Knoxville. Even small acts can help rescue dogs find homes faster.
