Learn how to make an incredible dinner for your family and friends
About this Event

Learn how to make from scratch a delicious Vegan and healthy Christmas dinner .

You will learn how to make an appetizer, and Entree and a dessert.


The Virtual class will be through Zoom on Wednesday December 18th at 6:30pm


The ONLINE VIRTUAL class consist of a ZOOM call in which each participant should have all the ingredients ready to start cooking all together during the call. Please expect an email from CBHealthandwellnesscenter that will provide you with the ingredients list and recipes.


We will send you an email with the recipes and the ingredients list that we will be using, and we will be letting you know if you will need to prepare something before the class


These classes are of 1 to 25 people.


It is recommended to use a computer with a camera, Phone, or tablet in which you will be able to show what you are cooking.

You can have some helpers with you in the kitchen while doing the class.


All classes are a fun night to spend with friends and family.


The WFPB diet is not necessarily a set diet — it’s more of a lifestyle.

This is because plant-based diets can vary greatly depending on the extent to which a person includes animal products in their diet.

Nonetheless, the basic principles of a whole-foods, plant-based diet are as follows:

Emphasizes whole, minimally processed foods.

Limits or avoids animal products.

Focuses on plants, including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, seeds and nuts, which should make up the majority of what you eat.

Excludes refined foods, like added sugars, white flour and processed oils.

Pays special attention to food quality, with many proponents of the WFPB diet promoting locally sourced, organic food whenever possible.

Fortunately, making dietary and lifestyle changes can facilitate weight loss and have a lasting impact on health.

Many studies have shown that plant-based diets are beneficial for weight loss.

The high fiber content of the WFPB diet, along with the exclusion of processed foods, is a winning combination for shedding excess pounds.
