We’re kicking things off in Central London with a powerful blend of movement, music and meaningful connection. This isn’t just a fitness class - it’s a moment to reset your week, lift your spirit, and meet other Christians in a space that’s welcoming, joyful and grounded in faith.

Led by an expert instructor, this 45-minute indoor spin session is set entirely to uplifting gospel and worship tracks - think praise music that motivates you to keep moving and reminds you of God’s presence in every pedal. Whether you're brand new to spin or a regular rider, the class is open to all fitness levels, with no pressure and no judgment.

And here’s something extra special: the bikes convert your pedalling into electricity, helping power the studio as you ride. So not only are you fuelling your body and faith, you’re giving back to the planet too.

After the session, stay and hang out. There’ll be time to chat, laugh and connect with others. We’re building a space where faith and friendship can grow, and this is just the beginning.
