Join Arthritis NZ's Health Coach Becs Murphy for a relaxed and supportive workshop, exploring ways to care for your body and nervous system when living with fibromyalgia and ongoing pain.
In this interactive session we will explore four areas that can influence how the nervous system responds day to day: stress, nutrition, sleep, and movement. These pillars can play an important role in supporting overall wellbeing and helping to calm a heightened nervous system over time.
This is not a clinical session or a lecture about what you “should” be doing. Instead, it’s a space to explore small, practical strategies and ideas that may help you discover what works best for your own body and energy levels.
The session will be interactive, with opportunities to share experiences, reflect, and try a few gentle tools together. You are welcome to participate at whatever level feels comfortable for you, whether that’s sharing, listening, or simply taking in the information.
The focus is on tiny, manageable changes, recognising that even small shifts can make a positive difference over time.
This session won’t be recorded but we will share some of the learnings in an upcoming newsletter.
