ChorusOz – our world-famous 'big sing' – is coming to Perth! And everyone is invited to join in the fun. Join conductor Brett Weymark for your performance of Mozart's Requiem at the Heath Ledger Theatre at the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia. Joining the choir will be a cast of professional soloists and musicians of the Perth Symphony Orchestra.
What is ChorusOz? It's your chance to immerse yourself in the greatest music ever written, work with professional vocal coaches and musicians and perform in a real concert for your family and friends – and all in just two days. Absolutely everyone is welcome to join, whatever your musical experience.
How does it work? Just register to join the choir, we send you the music to learn at home with online teaching resources, then we rehearse in person on 26 & 27 September – then at 5pm on 27 September, the concert!! Some have called it "one of the most amazing experiences of my life".
