Join us to collaboratively create blueprint drawings to instruct new kinds of movement through the park.About this Event
In this class, we will collaboratively plot movement throughout the park and create drawing notation systems like a kind of hieroglyph or music inspired by the work of choreographer, Anna Halprin, and her husband and Freeway Park landscape architect, Lawrence Halprin. Timed just before the August 21st premiere of UTOPIA: space, a performance by Vladimir Kremenović & CommonForm happening in the park, this class occurs alongside dance rehearsals.
This class is free and for all ages and skill levels.
