Choosing Me Without Guilt – Learning To Set Boundaries
What if choosing yourself didn’t have to come with guilt?
So many of us struggle to say “no,” express our needs, or take space—because somewhere along the way, we learned that putting ourselves first makes us selfish, difficult, or unkind. This workshop is here to gently challenge that belief.
Choosing Me Without Guilt is a safe, reflective space designed to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with your needs, and begin setting boundaries in a way that feels authentic—not forced.
Hosted by Aishu Rittika, Counselling Psychologist, this workshop blends therapeutic insight with simple, practical tools you can actually use in your daily life.
Through guided exercises, journaling, and reflection, you will:
Understand why setting boundaries feels so hard
Identify where you tend to overgive or people-please
Learn how to express your needs without fear or guilt
Build the confidence to choose yourself—without losing your relationships
✨ What you’ll receive:
- A customised 30-day Boundary Practice Journal designed for daily morning & evening reflection
- An unruled journal for free expression and emotional processing
- Pens, Sketch pens and materials to fully engage in the workshop.
This is not about becoming rigid or shutting people out.
It’s about creating space for yourself within your life.
If you’ve ever felt drained, overwhelmed, or resentful for always being “the understanding one,” this space is for you.
Come as you are.
No pressure. No perfection. Just honesty.
You are allowed to choose yourself.
