As Chinese New Year begins on 17th February 2026, Lee Kum Kee invites you to pause, reflect and share a meaningful moment of connection in one of London’s busiest spaces.
The Wishing Tree Experience
Inspired by traditional Chinese New Year customs, the Wishing Tree offers a moment of calm and reflection during your day.
Visitors are invited to:
- Scan the QR code on a wishing card
- Submit a personal wish
- Hang their wish on the Wishing Tree
- Become part of a living display of shared hopes and gratitude
At the centre of the installation is KeeKee, Lee Kum Kee’s new mascot which a tiny oyster with a big heart, guiding guests through the traditions and meaning behind Chinese New Year in a playful and welcoming way.
As the day unfolds, the tree grows with wishes, creating a powerful symbol of collective optimism and togetherness.
Win a Wish Competition
Turn your wish into something real.
Visitors can enter the Win a Wish competition by scanning the QR code at the Wishing Tree and submitting a short-written wish or video focused on togetherness, gratitude or a meaningful moment they would love to create.
Five winners across the UK will have their wishes thoughtfully brought to life by Lee Kum Kee. Competition closes: 28th February 2026
