Unwind from the daily hustle and grind with the Marketplace Apartments in the Fitness Center. Every Sunday in May at 6pm, bring your yoga mat and join us for an approachable, gentle, and restorative yoga session to promote profound relaxation and inner peace. Prior yoga experience is optional to participate.
It's not just a yoga session; it's a journey toward reducing stress, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall well-being.
You may also find that you can access deeper levels of relaxation and peace. This series is a great way to connect with your inner wisdom and to find clarity and focus.
Here are some tips for practicing this Spring series:
- (optional) Bring props: Yoga mat, blankets, and yoga blocks (or thicks books) to support your practice.
- Listen to your body and take breaks when you need them.
- Focus on your breath throughout the practice.
