The Flint 6k is a family-friendly run/walk through Chevy Commons benefitting local and global water initiatives.Why 6k?
6 kilometers (3.7miles) is the average distance people - often women and children - in the developing world walk to access water (that is often unclean).
Each registration for the 6k provides access to clean water through World Vision - a global leader in water work. Every step we take is one they don't have to.
The Flint 6k also supports the Flint Kids Fund which supports programs and services that focus on the long-term health and development needs of our children.
