This class blends intentional movement, breathwork, and a curated soft girl hip hop playlist to create a calming, grounding, and empowering experience.
Chill Yoga sessions led by Yoga Instructor's, Nathaniel and Katie, are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and move with ease in a supportive environment.
Whether you’re new to yoga or already familiar, this class is beginner-friendly, judgment-free, and welcoming to all body types and experience levels.

• Gentle, guided yoga flow (mat-based)
• Breathwork and stretching to release tension
