Chris Isom has a background of working in education and youth for over a decade. Passionate about Wellness, Chris wrote this book to encourage families and children to live healthier lives. In a world that is feeding our so many harmful things, (music, tv shows, unhealthy food options) this book is the perfect antidote. Vitality Quest is an interactive way to educates children about wellness while having fun. Most importantly, this book guides children to Unlock their Inner Hero!
