Introducing: Metal & Mindfulness...
Beginner Friendly. Body Positive. Healing. Kick-ass!
This is an integrative workshop for the rebellious & edgy seeker! Experience the combination of energizing movement, finding your breath, and gentle release of the nervous system. We believe in the integration of the dark & edgy along with the light and playful.
Featuring a guided 45 min full body workout (pilates style mostly) with favorite metal tunes, followed by 45 min guided breathwork & somatic/emotional release exercises. Closing out with some connection prompts to start your week off with intention and optional ice baths. This event is hosted by movement guides Rebel Well & Rebellion Yoga!
Mats and weights will be provided and this will be held outdoors on the turf at Squatch fitness! Just bring comfy clothes, your water, and a swimsuit if you desire an ice bath afterwards!
