Children Serving on Kidz First Sunday 2025

This form is for children who wish to serve on Kidz First Sunday (23rd Nov 2025) at Jesus House in various ministries.

• Please do not complete the form for children already taking part in the Kidz First Choir or Dance or Drama groups.
• Children who are serving will be required to arrive in church by 8:30am on the day.
• Some departments will require an induction on an earlier date and some may also require a dress code for the day, this will be communicated to you once your child’s department has been confirmed.
