Chicago: Teen Edition transports audiences to the dazzling world of the Roaring Twenties, a time of jazz, fame, and scandal. This adaptation of the legendary Broadway musical follows Roxie Hart and Velma Kelly, two ambitious performers whose hunger for stardom lands them in the Cook County Jail. After their crimes, both women find themselves competing for the spotlight, media attention, and the favor of the slick lawyer Billy Flynn, whose charm and showmanship promise to turn crime into celebrity. Amidst greed, betrayal, and showbiz spectacle, Roxie and Velma learn that in Chicago, notoriety can be the fastest route to fame. Featuring John Kander and Fred Ebb’s iconic songs “All That Jazz,” “Cell Block Tango,” and “Razzle Dazzle,” Chicago: Teen Edition is a sizzling musical that shines a light on the glitz and corruption of the Jazz Age.
