Chicago ROS Meetup at Automate

We're holding our annual ROS users meetup at the conference in Chicago!
Join your fellow Robot Operating System (ROS) users and robot wranglers for an evening of networking, swapping stories, and talking shop about open source software and robotics. ROS is all about sharing, and with so many roboticists visiting Chicago we wanted to hold a ROS event so windy city roboticists can meet their visiting counterparts! It has been ten years since ROSCon Chicago so we're long overdue for another ROS event!

With so many people visiting Chicago for Automate we wanted to create an event where visiting roboticists could meet and network with Chicago's own robotics community! Even if you're not planning to attend Automate (which we highly encourage, it is free) we would love for you to join us! We encourage engineering students, local hackers space members, and roboticists who live in Chicago to join us.

• The event is free but we ask that you register so we can confirm headcount.
• The event will be in the second floor event space at .
• , one block from the red and green lines and four blocks from McCormick Place.
• Attendees must be 21 or older.
• Feel free to bring your project if you can carry it and it can be safely operated around others
• Food and drink will be provided thanks to our generous sponsors.
• We might have ROS stickers. =)
