These Chicago burlesque classes are for adults who want to feel grounded, expressive, and confident without pressure to perform.
This is not a fitness class.
This is not a dare.
This is not a performance requirement.
Burlesque is the method.
Presence is the result.
In this 90-minute session, we work with:
• Movement and musicality
• Awareness of timing and space
• Sensual expression without pressure
• Being witnessed without judgment
No experience required.
No nudity expected.
Heels optional.
Most students arrive nervous and leave steadier.
This is adult movement training rooted in clarity and consent.
