This workshop is designed to engage participants in imaginative ecological inquiry of the whimsical world of insects. They will engage in a hands-on exploration of insect life, both real and imagined, drawing from native insect species around Jodhpur, folklore, and their own interpretations of form, function, and habitat.
By inventing their own insect species, with sounds, roles, habitats, and abilities, participants will tap into the power of ecological imagination, learning to notice and reimagine the often overlooked micro- worlds that make our ecosystems resilient. All materials will be provided, and the workshop is open to all skill levels.
