The Deering Estate Foundation and the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board present Chef’s Table on the Bay – An Evening in the British Virgin Islands, on Friday, April 10, 2026. Under the stars on the Deering Estate’s courtyard, guests will enjoy a delicious, multi-course meal prepared, described, and shared by celebrity chef Chef Kenneth Molyneaux, owner and Executive Chef of Tropical Fusion Beach Bar and Grill, British Virgin Islands, Chef Cindy Hutson of Sun Cuisine, and Chef Fernando Salazar of Platea Miami.
This outdoor dining experience will start with a cocktail hour on the lawn presented by Golden Rule Seafood and British Virgin Islands, with specialty Caribbean cocktails selected and prepared by celebrity British Virgin Islands mixologist, Jabari Stoutt. Add island music and a few surprises and this event promises to be a magical night for the senses.
