About this Event
Ben (ex Bedruthan Hotel and Rick Steins) has carefully put together a seasonal five course menu using as much produce as possible from our market garden. He will be joined by special guest and forgaing expert Emma Gunn who will be helping prepare the dishes as well as giving a brief talk on the forgaed items you'll be served on the plate.
Local wine bar The Bottle will be providing a beautiful wine pairing menu. They specialise in natural, biodiverse wines so you're in for a real treat!

Roast Cauliflower soup with garlic flowers, catendula petals and a walnut crumb. Served with red pepper rouille on sourdough croute
Asparagus and crispy potatoes with sorrel hollandaise
Orchard vegtable ratatouille with confit wild leek bulbils and sea vegetables
(option to add confit chicken when booking)
Water hawthorn blossom brownie with beetroot, chocolate and caramel seaweed shards
Homemade chutney, a selectiopn of local Cornish cheese and preserved green figs
