Join Chef Susanne (@Susanne.decochiffon) to make cute Teddy Bear Chiffon Cake Cups with Ganache + crunch layer filling.
The teddy bears and cups are made from chiffon cake, with yummy filling. This is fully hands-on and each participant will bring home two adorable tea cup bears.
Participants will work in pairs.

- How to pattern chiffon cake designs
- How to incorporate fillings into chiffon cake
- How to make smooth and stable meringue for deco chiffon cakes
- How to shape bear and cut various shapes from chiffon cake
- How to shape a cup from chiffon cake
- How to glue and assemble the cakes together

Dr. Susanne Ng is scientist-turned-chef instructor based in Singapore. She is the author of 4 best-selling cookbooks and the founder of Deco Chiffon Cakes. Susanne started a buzz among baking communities with her first cookbook in 2016, which shared the novel creation of the traditional chiffon cake into all sorts of 3D designs. She has since gone on to publish 3 more cookbooks, including a Pusheen cookbook in the US, featuring a variety of cute bakes.
Susanne’s novel cake creations went viral worldwide in 2017, when New York-based Mashable reported about her cakes. Media outlets worldwide such as UK, Italy, Japan etc. subsequently reported on her creations as well.
