Chef John Folse’s Bourbon & Boucherie event will roll on
Saturday, February 22nd from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. at White Oak Estate
& Gardens, 17660 George O’Neal Rd., Baton Rouge.
Approximately 100 butchers and chefs will gather at White Oak to
pay homage to the age-old custom of the Boucherie. Ticket price
includes a “Spoils of the Boucherie” lunch, lectures and cooking
demonstrations as well as access to boucherie cooking stations.
