About this Event
Join city-wide volunteering with us on the spring "Day of Caring", organized by the United Way of Greater Chattanooga.
Our team will provide a meal for families at the Ronald McDonald House, and help with chores to keep the space tidy and tip top shape.
THE NEED
Ronald McDonald House provides a "home away from home" for families of children receiving medical care. Our facility offers 28 full bedrooms (each with its own full bathroom), daily meals, community kitchens, laundry facilities, play areas for children, access to mental healthcare and wellness programs to promote each family's well-being, and more — all at no cost to them, and with no time limit: families may stay with us until their child's treatment ends.
Spots are limited for this particular project, but there are other projects you can join through this website: ihelpchattanooga.org
