About this Event
We’ll begin with a 45-minute full-body Pilates flow focused on breath, grounding, and gentle core strength, welcoming all levels. After class, unwind with a relaxed charm-making moment where you’ll create up to three custom charm bracelets to take home.
Enjoy light refreshments, connect with like-minded women, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired. Each guest will also receive a curated goodie bag as a thank-you for being part of the experience.
