About this Event
🎵You are welcomed to a fundraising concert in support of the Ukrainian Medical Charity (UMC) which supports Ukraine's healthcare system in response to the Russian invasion by acting as a bridge between the UK and Ukraine 🤲
The music program is brought to you by an independent, student-led collective Lihtar Orchestra and Choir and features two golden staples of the piano concerto genre - Beethoven's no. 3 and no. 4, preceded by an exciting piece from a Ukrainian, classical era composer Dmytro Bortnianskyi (1751 - 1825) - overture to the opera "The Falcon".
Maksym Artemenko - piano
Nikita Burzanitsa - piano
Max Levytskyi - conductor
All proceeds will go towards establishing an Intensive Care Unit at the Kharkiv Institute of Child and Adolescent Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine 🩺
