We are honoured and thrilled to invite you for a 3-day workshop with Chandana Bhowmick, Level 2 authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher) on 20-22 March 2026. All levels welcome!

ABOUT CHANANDA:
Chandana started her exploration of Yoga in the year 2000.
At first, it was all about asanas, until 2009, when she decided to quit her corporate job in banking and insurance, to delve deeper into her yoga studies. She completed her Yoga and Philosophy Course from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, in 2010.
It was in 2011 that she found her calling - Ashtanga Yoga and started travelling to Mysore to study with Guruji R. Sharath Jois. She has been studying under his guidance ever since, and received her Level II Authorization in 2016. She now runs her own Mysore program in Barcelona, and regularly travels and teaches Mysore rooms and workshops in other Shalas.
She completed her 3rd series under Guruji R. Sharath Jois in 2022 Mysore Season. Now she is learning her 4th under Kino MacGregor at Miami Life Center.

Led - this will be a guided class emphasising the structure and method of Ashtanga Yoga. Chandana will lead the class and guide you with the breath, movement & drishthi – Tristhana.
Mysore - this space will be held by Chandana where you will do your self practice under her guidance. She will assist and polish your practice with techniques or give modifications if needed.
Four Pillars of Backbending Workshop - the two workshops are designed to focus on strength and flexibility
Day 1
We will work on understanding torso strength and leg stability. Engaging the back and abdominal muscles helps us to deepen our flexibility without injuries and pain. Legs act like strong support while we learn and build our torso strength.
Day 2
We will work on spine isolation and hip flexibility. We will include the learnings from Day 1 for many prop supported drills as well as many asanas.
We will work with asanas to understand strength & bandhas and work on flexibility with drills on Day 1. On the 2nd day we will incorporate the learnings of Day 1 to build on our transitions and vinyasas.

A single ticket to a Mysore style class or a Led Primary Class – PLN 250
One day pass (Mysore + afternoon workshop) – PLN 550
A single ticket to an afternoon workshop – PLN 350
A single ticket to two afternoon workshops – PLN 600
Priority will be given to students purchasing the entire 3-day course. When purchasing a single ticket/ pass, please select and indicate date. Any changes will be possible only if there are places left. Given the size of our Shala, the number of available spots is limited.
You may secure your spot (register) by:
1. Paying:
an advance payment towards the price of the 3-day course in the amount of PLN 500; or
full amount for a single ticket / one day pass.
The remaining amount for the 3-day course is to be paid by 15 March 2026.
